Title Sequence Research

The opening scene of a film is known as the title sequence. The title sequence sets the scene of the film and gives a small insight as to what the film is about/will be about to the audience. It lasts for around 30 seconds. An example of this is below, walking dead.

In this title sequence it shows a deserted setting and images of the main characters who feature within the TV series. At the end of the title sequence, the main title appears and this is the case with most title sequences.
